I know there are a lot of people like myself that will go on a diet, lose some weight, then gain it right back quickly and with extra. I have always wondered why this always happens to me over and over again. I had asked some weight loss “experts” if they knew why this would always happen. They had told me I would needed to buy some of their vitamins and supplements to help the body adjust to the needs my new weight. I don’t know about you, but I really dislike taking pills and I already have to take way too many pills as it is, so their solution did not really excite me.
Now I remember back when I was a lot younger, I did not have this weight problem as I do now, so I figure it has to involve the amount of exercise I use to get compared to what little exercise I get now and probably what I eat. When I was young I ate what I wanted, when I wanted and I kept my weight down below 180lbs. I can not remember the last time my metabloism was anywere near being supercharge, so I hope this will allow me to lose this fat permanently. Since a lot of us do not properly (big mac and fries are not it) need to be taught what foods to eat and what foods not to eat (there goes my morning donuts) to go along with your exercise program.

I do not know about you, but I am really tired of being on this roller coaster ride with my weight. I could lose these fat deposits that seem to be a permanent part of me and have been so hard for me to lose.
